A Note from the Founder
Hi, I’m Wini,
Quiltable started with a feeling I couldn’t shake.
I love quilting. I love fabric. I love the possibility that lives in a folded stack of yardage or a perfectly bundled precut. But for a long time, I also felt quietly overwhelmed by my stash. I knew I had what I needed; I just couldn’t always find it, remember it, or trust it.
Standing in front of my fabric bins, I’d think: I want to start… but I don’t feel ready yet.
That feeling matters more than we realize. When you don’t feel organized, starting a quilt can feel heavier than it should. And quilting (something meant to bring joy) starts to feel like one more thing to manage.
I built Quiltable because I wanted a different experience.
I wanted a place where my fabric lived clearly and calmly. Where I could see what I had, plan what I wanted to make, and begin without second-guessing myself. I wanted a tool that supported creativity instead of adding friction to it.
So I created Quiltable—not as a “product idea,” but as something I genuinely needed as a quilter.
Quiltable is designed to help you feel organized, confident, and ready to begin. It’s about using the fabric you already love, making thoughtful decisions, and trusting yourself at the start of every project. No pressure. No guilt. Just clarity.
This app is being built slowly and intentionally, shaped by real quilting habits and real conversations with quilters who care deeply about their craft. I’m building it alongside my own quilting journey—and I’m always learning from this community as it grows.
