Quiltable is a mobile application that helps quilters organize their fabric collections, manage quilting projects, and access quilting calculators and planning tools. Our mission is simple: Help quilters know what they own, where it is, and feel confident turning fabric into quilts they love.

You may choose to provide information including:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Account credentials

  • Fabric collection details

  • Fabric photos

  • Project information

  • Storage locations

  • Tags

  • Notes

  • Saved calculator results

  • Other information you voluntarily add to your account

You control the quilting information you choose to save.

Photos

When you upload photos of fabrics or projects, those images are securely stored so they can be displayed within your Quiltable account.

Subscription Information

If you purchase a subscription, we receive information from Apple (and Google Play when Android becomes available) regarding:

  • Your subscription status

  • Plan type

  • Renewal dates

  • Subscription identifiers

We never receive or store your credit card or payment information.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use Quiltable, we may automatically collect:

  • Device type

  • Operating system

  • App version

  • Crash reports

  • Diagnostic information

  • Feature usage

  • Subscription status

  • Service notifications

You may unsubscribe from optional marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails. Please note that account and security emails are necessary for providing the Services and cannot be unsubscribed from while maintaining an active account.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted service providers that help us operate Quiltable. These providers include:

These providers receive only the information necessary to perform services on our behalf.

7. Payments

All subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and, in the future, by Google through Google Play. Quiltable does not collect, process, or store payment card information. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through your Apple or Google account.

8. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. Although no system can guarantee absolute security, we continually work to protect your data using industry-standard security practices.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and comply with applicable legal obligations. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period unless we are legally required to retain certain information.

10. Your Choices

You may:

  • Update your account information

  • Edit or delete fabrics

  • Edit or delete projects

  • Manage your subscription through Apple or Google

  • Delete your Quiltable account

  • Request deletion of your personal information by contacting us

11. Children's Privacy

Quiltable is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it.

12. International Users

Quiltable is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the Last Updated date above and may notify users through the app or by email when appropriate.
