Quiltable Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 8, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quiltable mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Quiltable (“Quiltable,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Quiltable, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Quiltable. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of Quiltable, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Keep your account credentials secure

  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of the Services

Quiltable provides tools to help you organize fabric, plan projects, and manage quilting-related information.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Attempt to access another user’s account or data

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

  • Upload malicious code or harmful content

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create within Quiltable, including fabric data, project details, and images (“User Content”).

By using the Services, you grant Quiltable a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to any content you upload.

5. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Quiltable may offer free and paid features, including subscription-based plans.

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Payment will be charged through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play)

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

  • You may manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings

We do not handle refunds directly; refund requests are governed by the app store’s policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Quiltable—including trademarks, logos, designs, and software—are owned by Quiltable or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Quiltable without our prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Quiltable, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app (where available) or by contacting hello@quiltable.co.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

Upon termination, your right to use Quiltable will cease, and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Quiltable is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Services. Your use of Quiltable is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiltable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Quiltable in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have not paid Quiltable.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quiltable from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update or modify the Services or these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Quiltable operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
